Over the past year, we’ve been exploring how artificial intelligence can enhance our operations - from improving efficiency behind the scenes to delivering better insights and service to our customers.
This wasn’t about adopting AI for the sake of it. It was about identifying real opportunities where technology could make a meaningful difference - and then putting in the work to make it happen.

A big part of this journey has been the opportunity to take part in the PAIR (Practical AI for Real Business) programme, delivered with support from the Wirral Chamber Of Commerce. The programme has helped us better understand how AI can be applied in a practical way within our business, and this award is a fantastic milestone along that journey.

A key part of this journey has been our commitment to learning and development. As part of our AI adoption, members of our team completed a course with PAIR, helping us build a strong foundation in understanding and applying AI effectively.
The course gave us practical tools, real-world context, and the confidence to start integrating AI into our day-to-day processes. More importantly, it helped us foster a culture where innovation is encouraged and supported across the business.

While it’s fantastic to receive industry recognition, what matters most is the impact this has on our customers.
